You represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, or authorized institutional buyer.

OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

Company does not warrant that the use or sale of the material delivered hereunder will not infringe the claims of any United States or other patents covering the product itself or the use thereof in combination with other material or in the operation of any process. Buyer acknowledges that the material have not been tested by the Company for safety and efficacy in food, drug, and medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use. Buyer expressly represents and warrants to Company that Buyer will properly test and use any material purchased from Company and/or materials produced with materials purchased from Company in accordance with the practices of any reasonable person who is an expert in any appropriate scientific field of study and in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

Buyer warrants to Company that any material produced with material from Company shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.
